Studio Lemon Drop was founded to inspire us to connect with loved ones near and far through the art of the handwritten note. We value community and integrity, and conduct business according to these principles, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Returns & Exchanges
Because of each card is hand-colored and unique (like you!), we don't offer returns. We'll gladly accept exchanges as long as you contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, the purchase is returned in its original condition and packaging, and shipped back within 14 days of your email inquiry. Email us at vicki@studiolemondrop.com.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and we'll cover shipping for the new item(s). If the purchase is not returned in its original condition, buyers are responsible for any loss in the total value of the item(s).

Commissions and custom orders: Due to the nature of these items, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final.

Shipping Info
We minimize packaging materials to reduce waste while keeping your purchase safe during shipment. Your order will arrive inside a poly envelope, plastic sleeve, and chipboard to keep items flat and dry. If you'd like less packaging, just drop us a line. We'll do our best to accommodate your request while maintaining the integrity of our products.

Exchanges:
